HLM GROUPS WHISTLEBLOWER SCHEME
In HLM Group's whistleblower scheme, you can confidentially and securely report all serious matters that concern our organisation. It can, for example, be suspicion or knowledge of illegal, unethical or unregulated behaviour, including matters relating to bribery and corruption, misuse of financial resources, theft, fraud, embezzlement, fraud and financial crime in general as well as breaches of personal data security, serious damage to the environment, conflicts of interest, cases of sexual harassment or other serious harassment as well as serious or repeated violations of the law in general.
The scheme must be used to bring matters to light that would otherwise not have come to our attention.
Reports can be made confidentially by specifying your name and contact details, or you can choose to report anonymously. You can read more about what you should be aware of in this connection under the point "anonymity" above. In the menu, you can also read more about the framework for using our scheme under "whistleblower policy". You can get information about the processing of personal data in the whistleblower scheme under the item "privacy policy".
From this page you are able to report a new secure case or follow up on an existing case.
Follow-up on your cases can be relevant for several reasons:
1. You want to see the status of your case to check whether further case processing has taken place.2. You wish to provide additional information for your case.
3. The system administrators have requested additional information from you to help them follow up on your report.
IMPORTANT: When you report a case, you are automatically assigned a "key", which you must save and use every time you log in to the case afterwards. The key can NOT be regenerated!
